VBPC is a student-led policy think tank submitting evidence-based briefs to government authorities across India — building a permanent public archive of student-driven governance ideas.
Every brief VBPC submits — publicly accessible, permanently recorded, downloadable by anyone.
A public record of every VBPC session — held, brief produced, and submitted. Updated every month.

VBPC meets once a month, for two hours. Every session produces a documented output. No session without a deliverable.
Members research pressing governance gaps and draft evidence-based policy briefs anchored in data, constitutional frameworks, and ground realities.
Every brief is formally submitted to the relevant authority — Collectorate, Chief Minister's Office, Academy boards — with a permanent reference number.
Every submission is publicly archived here — searchable, downloadable, and permanently accessible to officials, journalists, and future members.
VBPC operates through city-based Units. Each Unit works independently but under the same Constitution and Bylaws as the founding HQ.
Each Unit works under VBPC's shared Constitution and gets listed in this archive. You bring the members and the will — we provide the framework, reference system, and national archive.
The Viksit Bharat Policy Cell is a student-led, non-partisan policy think tank founded in 2025 and registered on the Government of India's MY Bharat Portal.
VBPC was built on a simple belief: student engagement with governance should not stop at reading about policy. It should produce documented, submitted, publicly archived policy outputs that hold up to institutional scrutiny.
Our work is governed by a formal Constitution and Bylaws. Every session follows a structured framework. Every brief goes through internal review before submission. Every submission is logged in this public archive with a permanent reference number.
VBPC is not affiliated with any political party and does not represent any government body. We are an independent student institution operating in the public interest.
